Return Policy
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted. We suggest you inspect your items right after delivery to check size, style and condition.
Eligible Return & Exchange Items
Only unworn, unused bracelets with all original packaging, tags and labels fully intact can be returned or exchanged.
Items excluded from returns and exchanges:
- Clearance goods and final sale items;
- Products with man-made scratches, stains, deformation or damage;
- Merchandise missing original packaging, tags or accessories.
Return Application Steps
Do not send items back without authorization. Please email peasl2026@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the product to obtain a return authorization first.
Once we receive your returned package, our team will complete product inspection within 3–5 business days. After passing inspection, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Return Shipping Cost Rules
- Seller’s liability (wrong item, factory defects, damaged goods on arrival): We cover all return shipping fees.
- Buyer’s personal reasons (dislike the style, wrong size, accidental order): The buyer shall bear all return shipping expenses.
Refund Information
All refunds will be returned to your original payment account. Refunds generally take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account. We are not liable for delays caused by banks or payment platforms.
Exchange Terms
We only support exchanges for products of equal value. If you apply for an exchange due to personal preference, you need to cover the return shipping cost.
If there is a price difference between the original item and the new replacement:
- If the new item costs more, you need to pay the price gap;
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged Goods Claims
If your goods arrive damaged, please email peasl2026@outlook.com within 48 hours after delivery, attached with photos or videos showing the damaged products and outer packaging. Valid damage claims are offered two solutions: full order refund or free replacement shipment with no extra fees.
